To kick off the New Year in style, I thought it would be good while some of the bigger leagues in Europe are just returning from their winter break that a special Scottish Football podcast was in order.
I am joined by from STV Sport , from TheFootyBlog.net and from The Scottish Football Blog as we discuss the goings on in the SPL, the Old Firm game, League reconstruction, Transfer news and a bit of good ol fashion banter.

A very good edition of the podcast. I love the Scottish feel to it. I love the mention “humped” and “bird”.
Player/person of the season is an interesting point. I personally would have went for Miller with his superb goal ratio
Glad you enjoyed it mate, had some good feedback.
Think I’m gonna try and do a SPL one 4 times a year, might even ask yourself at some point.
Miller is a definite shout for player of the season, It’s always nice to give the more “unreported” players a shout. Although the pod did become the “Eremenko” special.
Thanks for listening
If there is ever space on the SPL podcast, then I would definitely be up for that.
Mixu getting a mention was warranted as well. I had Killie (and Hamilton) as relegation favourites, so it really has been some turn around.
[...] Our thoughts on all things Scottish football. Well worth a listen. [...]
